It’s a very special weekend for Bianca O’Blivion. Not only will she be skating with the Carolina All-Stars when they take on the Dutchland Rollers on June 12, but she celebrates her birthday on June 13 with a visit from her hometown DC All-Stars. Come cheer on BO’B and the rest of the All-Stars at Dorton Arena on Saturday, June 12 and hang around to sing Happy Birthday on Sunday when the All-Stars take on DC at the Skate Ranch.
It’s not too late! Save money and get your tickets in advance!

Q: Do you watch other sports?
BO’B: I very much enjoy watching MMA.
Q: What do you like to rock out to while skating at speed practice or cleaning the house?
BO’B: Lately, I like to robot dance to minimal wave records while my husband cleans the house and asks me repeatedly, “what is wrong with you?”
Q: Have you had any major injuries because of roller derby?
BO’B: One of my arms no longer moves in the manner it is supposed to. It’s more of a slightly painful inconvenience than anything else though.

Q: Is it more important to win or to give it your all and learn something?
